Crème patissière mix 800 g
Crème patissière or pastry cream is a delicious cream for filling cakes, puffs and pastries, but also make delicious cream buns with it!
The mix is of artisanal pastry quality.
- 200 g crème patissière mix Bakers@Home
- 500 g milk or water
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Mix everything well until there are no lumps left (about 2 minutes).
Let it stand for another 10 minutes and stir briefly for about 30 seconds.
The Crème patissière is now ready for further processing of your choice
This cream is also bake-stable and suitable for baking in cakes and pastries.
