• Mix all ingredients in a bowl to a nice, smooth batter.

  • Heat the pan over medium heat and add some butter or oil.

  • Cover the bottom of the pan with batter.

  • Turn the pancake when the top is dry and then briefly fry the other side of the pancake.

Tips for extra finishing

  • Make a deluxe version and brush your pancake after baking with delicious crème pâtissière, fresh fruit and top with a dusting of icing sugar.
