500 ml milk
Butter / Oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to a nice, smooth batter.
Heat the pan over medium heat and add some butter or oil.
Cover the bottom of the pan with batter.
Turn the pancake when the top is dry and then briefly fry the other side of the pancake.
Tips for extra finishing
Make a deluxe version and brush your pancake after baking with delicious crème pâtissière, fresh fruit and top with a dusting of icing sugar.
