Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl to a nice, smooth batter.

  • Melt the butter or margarine in a non-stick or pancake pan.

  • Pour some of the mixture into the pan.

  • Cook until both sides are a nice golden brown.

Tips for extra finishing

  • For milk and egg free pancakes:

    Replace the eggs with egg substitute and use 600 ml of soy milk.
