Gluten free pancakes
600 ml milk
4 eggs (or substitute)
Butter / margarine
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to a nice, smooth batter.
Melt the butter or margarine in a non-stick or pancake pan.
Pour some of the mixture into the pan.
Cook until both sides are a nice golden brown.
Tips for extra finishing
For milk and egg free pancakes:
Replace the eggs with egg substitute and use 600 ml of soy milk.
