Gluten free pancake mix 300 g
Mix for gluten free pancakes
- 300 g gluten-free pancake mix Peaks
- 4 eggs (or substitute)
- 600 ml of milk
- knob of butter / margarine
- Mix the pancake mix, eggs and milk into a nice whole in a bowl.
- Melt the butter or margarine in a non-stick or pancake pan.
- Then pour part of the mixture into the pan.
- Cook until both sides are a nice golden brown.
For milk and egg-free pancakes:
Replace the eggs with egg substitute and use 600 ml of soy milk.
