Mix for gluten free pancakes

Basic recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g gluten-free pancake mix Peaks
  • 4 eggs (or substitute)
  • 600 ml of milk
  • knob of butter / margarine

Method

  1. Mix the pancake mix, eggs and milk into a nice whole in a bowl.
  2. Melt the butter or margarine in a non-stick or pancake pan.
  3. Then pour part of the mixture into the pan.
  4. Cook until both sides are a nice golden brown.

Tip:

For milk and egg-free pancakes:

Replace the eggs with egg substitute and use 600 ml of soy milk.
