Description
Icing Sugar is essential for making glacé or butter cream icing. Simply mix the icing sugar with water to produce a glossy “glacé” icing perfect for any size cake. For butter cream icing simply cream the soft butter first and add the icing sugar. Use for making royal icing for special occasion cakes or simple use to dust over your bakes for decorative effect.
