400 g cake brownie mix Bakers@Home
100 ml water
25 ml oil
1 Pack White fondant icing Bakers@Home
Baking mould or tin
Baking spray / baking paper
Pan or microwave oven
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Then mix on medium speed for another 2 minutes.
Spray the baking pan with baking spray or line it with baking paper
Fill the desired baking pan about 1 to 2 cm with the batter.
Place the baking mould or tin on a baking tray and place it in the center of the preheated oven.
Bake at 170 ° C for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then let the brownie cool well in the tin.
Cut the brownie into cubes of 5x5 cm or oblong of 6x3 cm.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or microwave
Place the brownie pieces on a grid and cover with the melted chocolate using a spoon.
Let the chocolate harden well.
Heat the fondant icing in a pan or carefully in the microwave.
Heat to a temperature of 37 degrees so that the fondant is liquid.
Fill the disposable decorating bag with the fondant icing.
Cut a small tip off the piping bag.
Decorate the top of the brownie with the icing.
