Light brown bread plait
Ingredients
250 g Water (lukewarm)
1 pack Poppy seeds Bakers@Home
1 pack Sesame seeds Bakers@Home
Tools

Preparation
Recipe for 2 plait loaves
Process all raw materials at room temperature.
Weigh all ingredients and knead at low speed for 3 min and then medium speed for another 9 min (or knead by hand for 20 min).
Let the dough rest for 10 min under a tea towel at room temperature.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces (105g)
Roll it to a length of about 15 cm long and then let it rest for 10 min under a tea towel at room temperature.
Roll out the dough strands again to a length of 40 to 45 cm.
Moisten 4 strands of dough with a brush and roll 2 pieces through the sesame seeds and 2 pieces through the poppy seeds.
Place the three strands of dough side by side with the tip together.
Join them together at the top and start plaiting.
Spray the baking tray with baking spray.
Now place the three braid on the baking sheet and make another plaited loaf from the other lengths of dough.
Place them about 10 cm apart on the baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Let it rise at room temperature under a tea towel for 40 minutes.
Place the baking sheet with the plaited loaves in the center of the preheated oven.
Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let the bread cool down after baking on the baking tray.
