Frangipane cake
Ingredients
200 g Cakemix Bakers@Home
185 g Soft Butter
3 Eggs
Tools
Mixing bowl
Skewer
Cooling rack
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Spray the cake tin with baking spray.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
Then mix on medium speed for another 5 minutes.
Fill the cake tin for ¾ full
Place the baking tray in the center of the preheated with the cake tin on top.
Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes.
Prick the center of the cake with an skewer, if nothing sticks to the skewer, the cake is done.
After baking, let the cake cool on a wire rack.
