Frangipane cake




  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Spray the cake tin with baking spray.

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed for 2 minutes.

  • Then mix on medium speed for another 5 minutes.

  • Fill the cake tin for ¾ full

  • Place the baking tray in the center of the preheated with the cake tin on top.

  • Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes.

  • Prick the center of the cake with an skewer, if nothing sticks to the skewer, the cake is done.

  • After baking, let the cake cool on a wire rack.
