Chocolate Rounds
Ingredients
180 g Butter (soft)
90 g Caster Sugar
0,5 g Cinnamon powder
250 g Plain flour
15 g Cacao powder

Preparation
Using the whisk attachment, mix in the food processor, the room temperature butter and the sugar.
Then mix in the flour, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll into3-4cm diameter rolls.
Rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Rub the cylinders with egg white and roll them in granulated sugar.
Cut into 1 cm slices and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180 ° C for 18-20 minutes.
Tips for extra finishing
You can add 150 g dark chocolate Callets 811 roughly chopped to this dough as an extra.
