Preparation

  • Recipe for 2 loaves of 400 grams

  • Determine the size of the bread required.

  • Weigh all ingredients and knead everything with lukewarm water into a smooth dough.

  • Add extra water if the dough seems too dry during mixing.

  • Knead for another 10 minutes with a food processor to a smooth dough.

  • Cover the dough with a damp tea towel and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

  • Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces of 400 grams.

  • Flatten the dough and shape it into the desired shape.

  • Spray the bread tins with baking spray.

  • Place the dough pieces in the desired bread tin and let it rest for +/- 40 minutes under a damp tea towel at room temperature.

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

  • Place the bread in the center of the preheated oven and bake at 220 ° C for 30-35 minutes.

  • After baking, remove the bread from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
