Luxury Apple Tart
1 tart tin +/- 28 cm diameter

Mix the butter and sugar together for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the egg and mix through it, then mix in the flour until 1 forms.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before rolling out.
Mix all ingredients together until everything is very well distributed.
Stir the butter smooth, add the eggs and mix for 3 minutes.
Now add the cake mix and mix it for another 2 minutes to a smooth batter.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Spray the baking tin with baking spray.
Carefully roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 to 4 mm.
Line the cake tin with the rolled out dough and cut off the excess dough at the top.
Prick a few holes in the bottom of the dough with a fork.
Mix the apple sauce with the raisins and the almond powder.
Apply the filling to the dough.
Fill the cake further with cake batter.
Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into 4 pieces and place on top of the cake.
Place the baking tray in the center of the preheated oven.
Bake it for 40 to 45 minutes.
After baking, let the cake cool slightly in the cake tin so that the butter dough hardens.
After cooling, the cake is sprinkled with icing sugar as a finish.
