220 ml water (lukewarm)
15 g Dried yeast / 30 g Fresh yeast
100 g Soft butter
Put all ingredients in the dough bowl and knead on low speed for 2 minutes.
Then knead at medium speed for 6 minutes.
Place the dough under a tea towel at room temperature and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin at a thickness of 2 to 3 mm.
Spray the baking tray with baking spray and place the rolled out dough on the baking tray.
Brush the top of the dough with an egg.
Cut the dough, slice into pieces with a size of 6 x 12 cm.
Remove the remaining pieces of dough that do not meet this size.
Prick the slices with a fork.
Laat het 20 minuten rusten onder een theedoek op kamertemperatuur.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the baking sheet in the center of the preheated oven.
Bake the crackers at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked.
Tips for extra finishing
Before baking, sprinkle the crackers with seed mixture as a topping / decoration.
