  • Put all ingredients in the dough bowl and knead on low speed for 2 minutes.

  • Then knead at medium speed for 6 minutes.

  • Place the dough under a tea towel at room temperature and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin at a thickness of 2 to 3 mm.

  • Spray the baking tray with baking spray and place the rolled out dough on the baking tray.

  • Brush the top of the dough with an egg.

  • Cut the dough, slice into pieces with a size of 6 x 12 cm.

  • Remove the remaining pieces of dough that do not meet this size.

  • Prick the slices with a fork.

  • Laat het 20 minuten rusten onder een theedoek op kamertemperatuur.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Place the baking sheet in the center of the preheated oven.

  • Bake the crackers at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked.
