Preparation

  • Recipe for 2 bread flowers (16 breads)

  • Place all ingredients in the dough bowl and knead on low speed for 5 minutes.

  • Then knead at medium speed for 8 minutes.

  • Place the dough under a tea towel at room temperature and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Divide the dough into pieces of about 55 grams and make into balls.

  • Spray the baking tray with baking spray and place the dough pieces on the baking tray about 8 cm apart.

  • Brush all balls slightly with water using a brush.

  • Place the sunflower seeds and the poppy seeds in the different containers.

  • Push 1 ball into the sunflower seeds all the way around.

  • Place this in the middle of the baking tray.

  • Now take the 7 other balls and roll them all around through the poppy seeds.

  • Place these around the ball with sunflower seeds against each other so that a flower design is created.

  • Repeat this with the remaining balls.

  • Let it rest for 60 minutes under a tea towel at room temperature.

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

  • Place the baking sheet in the center of the preheated oven.

  • Bake the bread flowers at 220 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
