  • Place all ingredients in the dough bowl and knead on low speed for 3 minutes.

  • Then knead at medium speed for 6 minutes.

  • Place the dough under a tea towel at room temperature and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Divide the dough into pieces of about 60 grams.

  • Make balls or rolls of your choice here.

  • Lightly moisten the dough ball with a brush and then sprinkle it with the desired topping.

  • Spray the baking tray with baking spray or use baking paper and place rolls on tray leaving space between rolls

  • Let it rest for 60 minutes under a tea towel at room temperature.

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

  • When it is up to temperature, place the baking tray in the center of the oven.

  • Bake the sandwiches at 220 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked.
