Crunchy sandwich rolls
Ingredients
220 ml water
7 g dried yeast / 14 g fresh yeast
8 g salt
50 g soft butter
Tools
Mixing bowl
Tea towel
Baking tray
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the dough bowl and knead on low speed for 3 minutes.
Then knead at medium speed for 6 minutes.
Place the dough under a tea towel at room temperature and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces of about 60 grams.
Make balls or rolls of your choice here.
Lightly moisten the dough ball with a brush and then sprinkle it with the desired topping.
Spray the baking tray with baking spray or use baking paper and place rolls on tray leaving space between rolls
Let it rest for 60 minutes under a tea towel at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
When it is up to temperature, place the baking tray in the center of the oven.
Bake the sandwiches at 220 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked.
