Preparation
Mix the American Cookie Chocolate with the butter and water in a bowl until ingredients are well distributed.
Mix this for about 2 minutes.
Add the dark chocolate drops to the dough.
Knead the chocolate drops in briefly, until it is well distributed in the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll the dough into a sausage about 5 cm thick.
Cut it into slices about 1 to 1.5 cm thick.
Spray the baking tray with baking spray.
Place the cookies 5 cm apart on the baking tray so that they do not bake touching each other.
Place the baking tray in the center of the preheated oven.
Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes.
