Apple pie cupcakes
Ingredients
Batter:
200 g Cupcake mix Bakers@Home
100 g soft butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Filling:
3 apples
50 g dark brown sugar
25 g sultanas Bakers@Home
4 g ground cinnamon

Preparation
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
Mix the Cupcake mix with the eggs and the vegetable oil in a bowl to a nice smooth batter.
Mix at low speed for 1 minute, add the butter (at room temperature).
Mix for another 5 minutes at medium speed.
Cut the apples into small cubes of 1 cm and put them in a bowl.
Mix the other ingredients into the apple cubes until well distributed.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place 20 to 24 cupcake paper cases on the baking sheet.
Fill the cupcake papers half way with the batter.
Divide the apple filling over the cupcakes and press it into the mix a little.
Place these on the baking tray about 3 cm apart.
Bake the cupcakes in the middle of the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
After baking, let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack.
For a beautiful shine, you can glaze the cupcakes with the neutral glaze after baking.
