340 ml Water (lukewarm)
8 g Dried yeast / 20 g Fresh yeast
7 g Salt

Determine the size of the bread.
Put the correct amount of water (lukewarm) and all other ingredients in the bread maker.
Take care that the salt and yeast do not come into direct contact with each other before the machine kneads.
Set the machine on baking program 2, determine the size of the bread and the color of the crust.
Start the bread machine and take out the bread when the program is finished.
Let the bread cool on a wire rack.
